As promised, please find here a recording of this morning's session, along with the slide deck and lots of documents which provide guidance on some of the processes discussed.

I also mentioned Conditional Formatting in Excel, to assist with identification of duplicate Premises - the guide at How to Filter for Duplicates with Conditional Formatting - Excel Campus may help with this. We would look for duplicate Premises Names, Address Line 1, or Easting/Northing (where you verify your premises against an LPG) as examples. Your results may be used to merge duplicates with PRT. There used to be a document with associated XLCell template, if I remember correctly, by Matthew Walters, which identified duplicates from a Premises export, but I have not been able to find it - perhaps another member has it squirrelled away and could share it with us?

Finally - please, please ensure you have verified backups (ask your IT) before undertaking any mass deletions of your data!
