We collect personal information about you when you subscribe to become a member of the APP & Cx Community (APP User Group).  To fulfil our contractual obligation to you we will use the information you provide to contact you about regional meetings, workshops, events and website.   We will not share your personal information with third parties, except where information is required to be provided by law or in connection with legal proceedings.

We will keep your information for as long as it is necessary to administer your membership subscription.  The information you provide will be stored on our electronic database system and will be used in accordance with Data Protection Regulations. Information you provide may be used for providing support, facilitating peer-to-peer support, internal analysis, research and marketing.

You have a right to see the information we hold on you and the right to correct any errors in the data.  For further information regarding your rights or if you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal information, please contact our Secretary.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe we are not processing your personal information in accordance with the law.
