How does membership work?

Regardless of the size or complexity of your Local Authority, we have the one membership solution.

An organisation (Local Authority or Private Sector) that is a user of either Civica APP or Civica Cx products can become a member of the APP & Cx Community.  The organisation pays an annual membership fee, currently £150 + VAT.   In turn the organisation can nominate as many individuals as they wish, at no further cost, to ensure their deployment of APP & Cx across services, and its support, is adequately represented in the Community.

Each nominated individual needs to register on this website to ensure they receive up-to-date information and communications from the Community.  If you aren't sure whether your organisation is a current member or you want to pay by an alternative method drop us a message.
