Hi, hope it’s ok to post this here. We will shortly be adverting for an IT Applications Analyst at London Borough of Southwark. We are looking for someone who has APP system admin experience and enjoys supporting our business users in Regulatory Services. It will be a 12-month fixed term contract, to support us while we transition to Civica Cx. Also, our IT services is coming back in-house so there may be further opportunities. It is hybrid working – need to come to the London office once a month. I'm the (relatively) new head of service for Environmental Health at Bradford Council, and my Lead Food Officer has very recently left us for pastures new, at very short notice.

My former colleague was seemingly the only one who knew how to run the required report/collate the data. Consequently, we're in desperate need to complete the return before the 31st May deadline.

I can see that APP has a "Formal Returns" capability, one of which is "FSA Returns" which seems to generate something when I start looking, but it doesn't complete. I don't know where it's pulling the data from, or what the…
