Cx users - feedback required
We are looking at a suitable replacement system for when APP comes to its end of live (whenever that is) and would like to know if any Councils are currently using Cx and in particular using the mobile technology function.
We are also interested in the Cx functionality for these areas:
· Service Requests/Case management
· Inspections/Risk Rating
· Agile/mobile working
· Statutory Returns/reporting
We would be interested in hearing from any Councils who’ve moved over to Cx.
