User Group Annual General Meeting
We would normally have held an AGM as part of the annual Learning Event at Woodland Grange in October. Obviously, a face-to-face event like that has had to be deferred until later in 2021. However, we are still required to hold some form of AGM so members can:
· Scrutinise the audited accounts
· Receive an update on the membership and financial situation
· Be briefed by the Leadership Team about the activities of the organisation since the last AGM and the direction it intends to follow in the coming year.
So during January 2021 we will be delivering a sort of AGM virtually, probably via email or possibly via a webinar.
As well as addressing the above topics, we will be providing an option for members to table any questions they may have. Any points raised will either be discussed at the time (if it's via webinar) or be included in the agenda of the Community Online Event scheduled for February 2nd.
