Civica support demystified

I hope this is of use to both APP and Cx users, I received the context below from Hilary Roch, Support Manager:


I can confirm that support don’t have an email address, all support calls are to be routed through the portal, which means nothing can go missing.


The correct URL for the new UserHub is :

https://www.civica.com/en/userhub-accounts/log-in/

This URL is for all our news and knowledge base articles etc.


For logging support calls however, this isn’t done on the UserHub, this is on the Support Desk. The URL for the Support Desk is

https://servicedesk.civica.co.uk/SelfService/ss/


Phone support is available at 0117 924 2800
