Cannot run reports

I have a new starter who cannot run reports. I've checked their user configuration in CFU and cannot see anything that would stop this.


Does anyone have any ideas?

I've sorted it Steve, thank you. Still don't know what it was. I've deleted the profile and started again from scratch and everything seems to be working now. One of the APP querks that we'll never know I guess 😊
