Food Hygiene Reinspections FSA return

Dear All

There is another spreadsheet to complete for the FSA of reinspections carried out. Apparently, if you configure the upload to FHRS it need not be completed. I do not know how you can incorporate the information from another database to produce the upload? As far as I can see, the majority of the spreadsheet will have to be completed individually. It asks for premise information - unique ID, name, LAEMs category type and date of original rating. This is fine to get from PRR.; but it also asks for the date the reinspection was requested (SR), date new inspection was done and the score (INU). This is a hard coded spreadsheet with calculations.

Has anyone else started tackling this?

Thanks

Kind Regards

Ann

Dear All

As an update. I put a call on Civica SD and the lovely Roisin responded. Apparently, this was accommodated in a document dated 2022 where UD codes can be added to the premise record. I am now busy removing data, fields to accommodate this.

Kind Regards

Ann

Apps for enterprise

We access APP via terminal servers. Our test servers have been upgraded from Office 2016 to Apps for Enterprise. I now have 10 additional documents opening the first time I open or create a word document after logging on to a server. It's the same 10 documents every time. Other people get a different number of documents opening. Has anyone else experienced this, and do you know how to stop it?

Food Registration assessments

Dear All

The FSA want Authorities to risk premises in the submission of a food registration form. From my understanding food registrations have to be assessed and scored. It is based on the 1st 4 parameters for FH inspections. There are 2 scores generated - 1st one returns a next inspection date of 30 days, 2nd one is 90 days.

To accommodate this I have created a new inspection type of food registration desktop assessments and configured the 4 parameters with Next Inspection Date in PRF. I have also configured a new visit type to use in inspections. Each premise that has to be assigned the inspection type in order to generate the risk. This does work.

Civica were unaware of this and are reviewing. They seem to want to amend the FH inspection type rather than using a new one. I am not sure how this can be achieved.?

Hi Karen

Yes this this is in addition - it is creating a risk assessment from food registrations. The Head of the Food Team brought it to my attention. Apparently, is in the Code of Practice sent in October 2025 (page 33!)

Cannot open a window

I am trying to open the Op. Scheds window on this MAU record.

I keep getting this error message

I've reset the user profile that has the record locked, even though they have never been in this record.

Other records are fine, just this one.
