Good morning - just a general query. Can anyone remember the number of characters permitted for a filepath when linking documents to action diaries? I need to send a reminder to users and I am struggling to remember.

I have a new starter who cannot run reports. I've checked their user configuration in CFU and cannot see anything that would stop this.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I've sorted it Steve, thank you. Still don't know what it was. I've deleted the profile and started again from scratch and everything seems to be working now. One of the APP querks that we'll never know I guess 😊
Hello, I just wanted to ask if anyone has successfully configured in program EXT the location from a personal drive (our users currently use the H drive) to OneDrive for exporting Word/Excel. As a team, we attempted this a few times without any success.
Also the teams currently store documents on a shared network drive but we are having look at changing this to SharePoint.
If anyone has managed to do either of this successfully, any advice or guidance would be much appreciated especially with what configuring did you do in the relevant APP programs to achieve this.
Having trouble finding how to include "Mileage" data from an Action Detail Item .
Already include Detail description , Officer , Actual date and Time units but can't fathom how to get Mileage ie the other box
Sadly this hasn't worked for me - mileage still on spreadsheet as 0. I will contact Civica as there is clearly something not quite right
I'm pretty sure there is still a limit as I have had to cull filenames occasionally in the past but I've no idea what that limit actually is. I note that on our system the so called L drive document store location now often seems to often have the full server path in too rather than L:\ - however I haven't had to do any renaming for a good while.
