Food Hygiene Rating uploads
Since lockdown we have been inundated with new food businesses. There was added pressure when the delivery platforms - Deliveroo etc would not deal with any business unless they had an 'Awaiting Inspection' entry on the FHRS. As we have over 2,900 premises the report took quite a time to run. Although this is only required every 14 days I felt it was unreasonable to keep people waiting to trade.
I was given a tip from someone at the FSA who told me you do not have to do run the report every time, if you are confident with accuracy you can add to the last spreadsheet and re-upload. That saved so much time!
