Accessing App with a 1 user licence
When we go live with Cx we have purchased a 1 user licence for App. Initially, I suspect this will be used a lot. I raised concerns as to who can unlock that licence which will invariably be locked on a regular basis due to our Remote Desktop environment often disconnecting. We have been in discussion with our ICT as to who owns this task. At one of the regular App/Cx Adopters meetings someone said you can still access the system using the FLA account so I thought it had resolved the issue. On speaking to Gregg yesterday, FLA will only work on a locked system providing there are enough licences (which will not be the case). Something to bear in mind for authorities considering migrating to Cx and keeping App.

Hi, Thanks for posting that. So does Gregg expect that we will need to ask Civica to unlock the user account?
Does anyone using Cx have more than a one-user licence?
