Hello All,

You will all be aware of the changes Microsoft are making in regard to support for Macros in Office products and also VB, this will / does of course affect export reports in Excel from APP. I've seen the info on the different options online Macros from the internet are blocked by default in Office - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn but it's looking like none of these are going to be an option in my authority. I was wondering how other LA's IT departments are dealing with this. I know Civica provide a digital certificate for macros and that should be satisfactory, however it has been implied to me that 'it's a bit more complicated than that'. It would be good to hear from other authorities on how their IT departments are planning on/dealing with these changes (accepting the digital certificate is secure enough etc).
