Civica are really pleased to introduce to you this brand new half day APP training course.
Aimed at all APP users including project management officers with a responsibility for data quality and GDPR. This course will also be beneficial to users looking to clean their data in preparation for migration from APP to Cx.
This half day TEAMS course identifies the main activities that Civica recommend are completed to effectively cleanse your data and maintain compliance across your system.
You can then take this knowledge away to improve efficiency and organisation of your APP system.
