Using ACB and the odd missed record
Something I have just discovered after years of using ACB - the programme that globally creates action templates.
We have a system of sending out reminder letters for annual fee payments for licences issued under the Licensing Act 2003 and ACB is used to globally assign the template to each Miscellaneous Activity record. From that template the mailmerge reminder letter is generated.
Occasionally some do not get generated and I have never been able to fathom out why.
Last time I ran ACB I clicked on the View Log option and it shows any record not updated (usually because the diary has been locked). In those cases you have to unlock the diary and manually add the template.
And I thought I knew everything!!!!
