APP upgrade - food service delivery model
Hi all,
Has anyone upgraded to the latest APP in readiness for the food service delivery model go live on 1 April 2025?
If so, how did it go?
Did it cover the recording and reporting aspects of the new model: FSDM: data collection and reporting course | Regulators Companion or did it only cover the risking? If not, how are people implementing the recording and reporting aspects?
Sorry to keep asking the same question but it would be good to speak to someone who has gone live to get a definitive answer as i'm struggling to get one.

Hi Lisa, thanks for your reply - would you be able to share any issues that you have had with the new upgrade please? We have just had our upgrade into our test environment and are testing it now.
