Food premises Risk rating base scores
After recent import and update of our Premises data I have the task of changing our Food Premises risk rating over to the FSA "A B C" banding.
In the dim and distant past I vaguely remembered there being a table of LACORS codes and the appropriate scores to be applied for each of the Risk areas ie:
Potential Risk
Hazardous activities
Complexity of Legislation
Number of consumers affected
To help me in the mapping Premises usage and "Lacors Risk Code" does such a base scores list exist ? If so where would I find it?
If not any suggestions would be useful and much appreciated
