APP System Housekeeping Training Course
Due to popular demand, Civica are scheduling two more dates for the new APP System Housekeeping training course.
As a system administrator, you may or may not be aware of some of the tasks that should be run regularly in order to maintain your APP system and you may or may not be aware of how to action them.
This half day TEAMS course, identifies the main activities that Civica recommend are completed in order to keep your APP system operating effectively and will go through step by step on how to complete these activities, along with a suggested schedule of frequency.
You can then take this knowledge away to improve efficency and organisation of your APP system.
The course is scheduled to run on:
Thursday 11th August 9.30am - 12.40pm
Tuesday 6th September 9.30am - 12.40pm
