APP New Users Training - from Civica
If you have users who are new to APP, our one-day New Users Course will get them off to a flying start using the system. The course will introduce them to the structure of APP, how to navigate records, find and enter codes, names and addresses, and take them through the process of creating an APP record. We will also look at finding records, linking them and a basic introduction to the report generators.
The course will normally use Service Requests or Complaints as a basis for record creation, but other programs will be touched upon depending on the needs of the trainees (e.g. Visits, Samples). It does not provide specific training in those areas. If a more bespoke training course is needed, please contact our PMO team who will be happy to tailor a proposal to meet your needs.
