Open programs list has failed to update
Hi all,
I have a colleague who can't get APP to work. They keep getting the attached message saying open programs list has failed to update. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I can't get hold of the Civica helpdesk.

Problem solved. Removed the auto start up program from the user's CFU and the user's auto load programs. Civica also suggested: load a program like CMU, SRU or PRU. Press the F12 key to launch the v6/v7 program search box and load ULP from that by entering ULP and pressing the accept button. This workaround seems to unblock something. When this resolves the issue we think it is caused by the user getting kicked out of the system whilst the program, ULP in this case, is open.
