Civica are offering a Webinar on the use of sniffer dogs to work with Trading Standards and HMRC to hunt out illicit tobacco. The webinar is on Wednesday 28th July starting at 12.00pm. There will be an optional session on recording complaints using Cx if that's relevant to you.
