Millions of people have been targeted by scammers as the cost-of-living crisis take hold. Citizens Advice, in collaboration with Consumer Protection Partnership, have launched their annual scams awareness campaign to help protect people from rogue scammers. Through this initiative, Citizens Advice is urging people to report scams, to take action and to work closely with regulatory authorities in tackling imposters.
