Exchanging Ideas

Recently a small group from the APP Cx Community met through GotoWebinar to discuss the recording and associated processes related to trading standards use of approved trader schemes. The result was greater cooperation and exchange of both ideas and practices. We would like to take this initiative further by arranging interested members to access, through our version of GotoWebinar, similar discussions on any relevant topic. If you have a use of APP or Cx where an exchange of ideas would be beneficial, then either add a forum post or get in touch with any member of the leadership team and we will arrange to circulate details and dates. An hour of lively discussion could lead to improved use of your own system.
