PRT Data Transfer
Hello. Has APP had a policy change or 'refresh' on the data that will, or will now not, be transferred when using PRT? We have started to create a new premises file for each food registration, allowing the option to merge new details into, for example, a Licenced premises, rather than Admin overwriting everything. PRT does not appear to transfer very much data any more. Would anybody have any comment or suggestions on how to config PRT to transfer all names and addresses, FHRS settings etc? ? Hi Peter
Not that I am aware of - we regularly get duplicate Food premises and merge them. Have you tried not deleting the source record and checking? I would put a call on the Civica Service Desk and Roisin will pick it up
