The pandemic has meant we have had to rethink how we deliver some of our services. Previous regional events have been replaced by online webinar sessions. These have focused on user-led sessions on a range of APP and Cx topics, supported by considerable input from the Civica team. The sessions have been incredibly well attended, complementing the changes in working arrangements our members have adopted and showing there is a strong demand for informative, online sessions that avoid the need for costly travel and time away from the workplace. The next online event is set for May 18th 2021
