Started with Swansea Council in June 2021 as a project manager. APP to Cx migration is one of my projects. Previously worked for Tata Steel and Ford. Started in mechanical maintenance then: manufacturing leadership, continuous improvement (lean) coaching and leadership, contract management and operational excellence. Picked up some project management (incl. Prince 2) and procurement knowledge along the way.😀
